We started out specializing in waterfront properties in the Mathews, VA area and have expanded with the opening of our Gloucester office in 2009. We consider our agents to be local experts as most of them have lived in the area their whole life! We love the Chesapeake Bay area and can’t wait to show you why you will too!

Michael is the owner and principal broker of ERA Bay & River Real Estate. He obtained his real estate license in 1986 and takes pride in helping people buy or sell properties in his hometown! If you’re looking for someone that knows the area and our market you’ll surely be pleased with his services.

In his down time Michael enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and enjoying the beautiful beaches in our area!
