We called Coys Auto Rebuilders & towing, the dispatcher lady was very courteous and helpful. Our vehicle was picked up within 30 minutes, as she stated. Kyle the tow truck driver was awesome! He was very courteous, professional and went above and beyond in taking extra care in loading and securing our vehicle on the flat bed. Our vehicle was safely transported to our repair shop in a timely safe manner. No issues, Fantastic experience! Thank You to the owners and all the staff at Coys, for hiring and maintaining high caliber employees. Keep up the great job!!!

Coy does it all… 5 stars from me…

I had the unfortunate incident of being stranded in a median secondary to a dead transmission, and I called Coy’s based on the proximity and a good Unilocal review. I’m glad I called, as they were absolutely great. First off, after delivering the bad news about the car, they offered me several options, including a fair price for a transmission (I know this because my brother-​in-​law is in the business, and he said it was a very fair price). Furthermore, they are letting me take a day or two to leave the car there and think about whether or not I want a new transmission or just a new car. To put the icing on the cake, the sweet secretary drove me to the train station so that I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they absolutely go out of the way for the customer. If I do decide to replace the transmission, I am more than happy to give them the business. Highly recommend!
