Very unprofessional! This place doesn’t deserve a one star rating. I went there to purchase a mattress I purchased the mattress and I wanted to take the mattress home with me they gave me some twine to tie the mattress to the car and no one even help me move the mattress to my car or tie the mattress to my car with the twine. Its like once I paid my money they were just through with me they didn’t care what went on. I will never shop here again very very unprofessional!

I was looking to put furniture for my whole house I went to there store saw a lot of furniture and liked all of it, I took prices took pictures and wanted to check out other stores to get ideas. I visited other stores nearby and didn’t like the prices I saw at other stores. I went back to them and bought everything from them my living room set my kitchen set my bedroom and bedrooms for my kids. This store is my fav I’m definitely going back for more accessories they are the best the delivery was on time the service was very good no problems at all their showroom is beautiful the costumer service is great. Walked in and nobody said anything to us. Not hi, I’ll be right with you, do you need help? Nothing… So we walked out. Won’t be spending my money in a place where my business is not wanted.

I purchased a bunk bed set full over full. After the first delivery date came and went I attempted to call to see when it will be delivered. It is very hard to get through to the store because the phone often goes directly to a voice mail that is full. When I finally got a hold of a person they had not record for my order that I completely paid for. After being put on hold for 10 minutes they said they would call me back. They called me back an hour later with a new delivery date. I attempted to call them the day before scheduled delivery date but could not get a hold of them because the phone went to a full voice mail. I then called on the delivery date and they tried to change the delivery date again. I expressed my disappointment and the woman put a man on the phone. The man was very confrontational and told me I called the wrong number. I tried to explain that I called the same number I called to speak with you this time. And he insisted I did not and I called the wrong number even raising his voice to me. At this point I told him I wanted to cancel my order due to the poor customer service I have received thus far. He refuses to cancel my order and give me a refund. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer.

The store is full of furniture from fair to decent quality. Prices are reasonable, when on sale, but average price day to day. The labor(assembly and moving throughout the store) are very friendly and helpful. The staff is not the most professional(salesman was using profanity as if he knew me and I was cool with that). Here is where is gets interesting… The delivery personnel consisted on one middle aged man who appeared have the qualities of an old-school gang banger. He entered my home repeating the lyrics to what must have been the latest rap record, which depicted being rich and driving foreign cars. He obviously thought I was stupid, because he asked me what I was going to do with all the boxes. To play along with his«game», I told them they could go outside. He then proceeded to tell me that he «could make them disappear» for a tip. I told him that I was already going to give them a tip. He answered with«oh, you good then», and then shouted to his co-worker that«we takin’ da boxes», as if to denote that this was not the common practice of a furniture deliverer. The co-worker responded with an uncertain ok that showed me that the one guy was being deceitful from the start(as if I couldn’t tell by him being a 50+ y/o man rapping). Message to the slick(though he could stand another greasing) [insert word that sounds like digger here]; being courteous, respectful, and producing a smile goes a lot further than rapping out loud, and being deceitful. You should try it one day. P. S. So there is no confusion as to who is leaving this rating, I’m the one with the boots at the door. Overall, if you are buying furniture on sale, and picking it up yourself, I would say, «I guess it’s ok». If you equate professionalism with the way you are spoken to, desiring a bargain, and need delivery, try someone else.
