Carolina Home Renovation was started to help people achieve professional renovations at a fair price. We do carry the necessary insurance/​licensing, Over the past 10 years we have grown into a trusted company.

We strive to ensure comfortable living during the renovation process. Normal family life in your home is our goal. We want to avoid your family becoming overwhelmed during a large home transformation. I am proud to say when we are on your job it will be our main focus.

Hi my name is Layne Rathbun, I started this company with the help of my fiancée and a couple good employees. We take pride in completing projects to customer satisfaction. Myself and my employees are all certified and trained properly to carry out the services offered.

One thing that makes my company stand apart, is the fact that I am personally involved hands on with each project from start to finish.

I look forward to each new renovation project that comes my way it’s what I do and I love what I do.
