WORST Business in Matthews. Office manager Sheila is nothing but a red-​neck B – ch and has no office manners. 3 times we were told over 6 weeks our daughter’s contacts were in, three visits and told they weren’t then we were told they were in and we had to see the doctor for fitting. Go again… pay $ 165 and guess what… they say we requested an eye check visit and the contacts were never ordered… No apologies, just nasty. Asked to speak with the Doctor and was told by Sheila if I want to talk to the doctor, I can make an appointment and pay… yea, that is GREAT BUSINESS PRACTICE… NOT!!!
Save yourself time and trouble and go to one of the many other eye doctors in Matthews that have NICE office staff that are responsible with the patients orders.
