History
Established in 2010.
Tech Hero started working on PCs, or Personal Computers in 1995 at his uncle’s computer store in Overland Park, Kansas. Being the first store to sell computers, parts, and offer computer support services in that area and around Kansas City, many people from miles away came to buy computers and parts to build their own PC. The success of his uncle’s store helped Tech Hero gain extensive hand’s on training in building computers from parts and helping customers throughout the life-cycle of their personal computer.
The great foundation of his uncle’s business inspired him to get his A+ Certification and MCSE+I Certification in 2000 and choose a career in computers.
Since then, Tech Hero has worked for business giants such as Compaq and Hewlett Packard; he currently provides server administration and help desk support for a company in Davidson and has been living in Matthews NC with his wife and son since 2008.
