First time ever leaving feedback for the medical field. Start with the very nice receptionist. Super nice lady and also funny. Dr Patel himself is very laid back. Gives you everything straight up. I like that in a DR. I had a Crown retreat and he made it painless and fast! Highly recommend his office and his staff!

I give Dr Patel 5 stars! I had a really bad infected tooth and my dentist’s office referred me to Dr Patel. He moved things around and saw me the same day as I saw my regular dentist.
His office looks like a modern Starbucks and is extremely comfortable. He is a really nice guy, born here in the US with a very nice staff.
I had a horrible infection and he fixed everything with absolutely NO pain whatsoever. I just sat there and they took good care of me.
I like these people so much, I am going to miss them, however I won’t miss having tooth problems.
This is the best endodontist experience I have had and I highly recommend Dr Patel.

After many (many) moons on this planet, and a good number of them in Charlotte without hearing so much as a peep about these people calling themselves Endodontists, I have now had the pleasure of visiting two. Not for me, luckily, but that is a story for another time.
Our last trip was not bad, it was just with another insurance company, which means that this referral took us to another location. The joys of the world we live in.
I will say that one of those joys is seeing how these bills pay for such nice offices. Dr. Patel has a sweet layout, which is good since he is offering the service of digging deep into the roots of your teeth. And the man himself is quite personable as well — something you cannot say about most doctors in general.
The only downside is that the place is difficult to find. Our son suggests they put a giant tooth on the building or something, because even knowing the address, looking it up online and having directions did not help much. Still, once there everything was smooth sailing.
