The UPS Store

You may think its odd to write a review about a UPS store. One must really love or despise a shipping store to feel motivated enough to write a review. Thankfully in my case, it’s the former of the two.
With a jam-​packed schedule of working full time and going to school, I do a lot of my shopping online. Being the picky consumer that I am, also means a lot of returns. I decided to try this UPS store as an alternative to the Post Office in Matthews, which has a lunch time line often out the door. I’ve always been in and out of this location and rarely have had any wait at all.
One of my favorite things about this store is the customer service. It is locally owned (part of a franchise) and the owner takes care in what he does and it shows. I often bring in boxes that need to be sealed up and they take care of packing, everything right there, free of charge. I don’t think many people would list shipping parcels on their fun activity list, but I am assured when I do have to make a shipment, I’m in good hands.

Very nice and helpful store. The workers, especially KD is really nice and ensures things are mailed correctly and in the quickest way possible.

Very good store experience. The staff (a blonde woman) were incredibly warm and friendly while being very efficient in getting me in and out. The prices were fabulous too. Will be using them again!

I use this UPS Store often, even have rented a PO Box here. The staff is friendly and it takes care of my shipping needs.
Downside is that the shopping center it is in is pretty popular, so a plus…, but the parking lot situation can get a bit crowded at times (usually the times I need to park pretty close to get a heavy box shipped).
