Our Services

Innovative Staff Solutions is truly a «full-​service» staffing company. Not only do we offer general staffing solutions, such as temporary and temp-​to-​hire staffing, but we also offer direct hire, or professional recruiting services, for full-​time professional– and management-​level positions. In addition, we offer an On-​Site Solutions service for those clients who need help managing a large temporary workforce.

History

Established in 1994.

Innovative Staff Solutions began operating in 1994 as a licensee office of a national staffing firm. In 2002, we converted to an independent, privately owned staffing service under the name of Innovative Staff Solutions.

Meet the Business Owner

Wayne M.

Business Owner

Wayne founded Innovative Staff Solutions in 1994 and currently serves as President, managing all daily operations. Prior to starting Innovative Staff Solutions, Wayne spent eight years as a franchise owner of a national staffing company. During those eight years, Wayne received numerous awards including the top honor of the President’s Award as one of the Top Franchise Owners.

In addition to the daily management and operations of Innovative Staffing Solutions, Wayne is actively involved in the local community. He is past Board Member and President of Mattoon Chamber of Commerce, past Board Member of Effingham Chamber of Commerce, past Board Member of Coles County United Way, past Board Member of Coles Together Economic Development Corporation, past member of the Mattoon Fire and Police Board and past member of the Mattoon Rotary. Wayne is also an active member of the staffing industry’s top associations including American Staffing Association and Illinois Staffing Association.
