My style of cuisine has evolved over the years and has become a weaving of simple elegance and health with the use of the highest integrity of ingredients. I source my organic seasonal food as locally as possible and design meals that meet your personal needs and preferences for the occasion. I have a background in nutrition as well as being a certified, trained chef from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Ca. I have lived on Maui for many years and have worked as a private chef for high end vacationers who loved my food so much they have flown me around the world to other vacation spots as their private chef.
