DO NOT LIVE HERE. The owners are «The Elders» and they are the rudest people I have ever spoken to. They did not want to let me out of a lease that WAS NOT in effect. They still have my deposit they refused to give back. They also stated they would «hold me to my 12 months of the lease» even though a friend of mine was moving into MY townhouse. They seemed to think they could take MY money AND hers? Can we say illegal? SUCH RUDE PEOPLE and very unprofessional. Overpriced as well.
