The food is KFC it’s what you’d expect from KFC but when you go to this KFC you’ll be real lucky if they get the order right! Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I’ve gone to the KFC in Mayfield they have screwed up the order and more often than not they have to cook the food first, sort of negating the whole idea of fast food as they are not fast and about every time I have to wait 30 minutes for my order and then it’s wrong something will be missing or it will be the regular and not extra crispy (this is normally the case) or it will be mixed regular and extra crispy. I like KFC but I don’t like this location it’s a joke and it’s usually in need of being cleaned. After several disappointing trips there I wrote management and I didn’t even get so much as a %$*& you from them, no reply nothing. So I have never been back and I have no plans to return.
