Business Owner
Tommy comes from a long line of food lovers and preparers. His great-grandmother was a legendary baker (at least within the family), his grandfather owned and managed restaurants his entire career, and his parents were ardent believers of homemade fresh food when Tommy and his sister were growing up.
It was clear from an elementary school career project, when Tommy carted all the ingredients and a hot plate to school in order to prepare Bananas Foster for his class, that he too would go into the food business.
