Reading, MA
Got referred by National Grid for converting my oil heating system to gas based, so I had a big hope of it. But the guy who answered the phone was rude and told me that they only do installation and wouldn’t do estimation. This is not what National Grid told me. Instead I was told they can do free estimate.
Worst than that — before I finished my talking I was hang up.
I will write back to National Grid to ask them to stop recommending this company to any customers.
