VERY CLEAN AND FULL OF ACTION FIGURES/​COMICS:
I have no real qualms about being upfront here, I visited on my way back to Maryland and stopped into the mall pretty much right at open. The store is very nice– very clean, jam-​packed with figures, toys, games, and comics.
I am an avid collector of games and run a store myself, but I can be honest and give credit where and when it is due.
PRICING: The pricing is pretty much on the nose. I don’t expect a soup kitchen as they need to pay high rent in the mall, but I think there pricing is right on it. I may be wrong but they may not get too many older GEN games in as their prices there were a little higher.
INVENTORY: I would say the inventory is broken down to 55% action figures and toys, 35% video games, and 10% comics. Of the video games that are offered I would say 60% is PS1 to XBOXONE/​PS4, and while they have a nice variety of NES SNES SEGA, their more rare items are somewhat scarce. Now, this could be because when it comes in they sell it quick without any real competition but, just relaying what I saw.
STAFF: Was greeted when I came in by the guy working, appreciated it. Asked the guy if they get in trades– «Yep. Everyday.»
Would come back, I really REALLY REALLY! wanted to buy something, just wasn’t there for me personally this trip.

I tend to look for graphic novels. Super helpful staff and if they don’t have what I’m looking for they can order it. I was impressed with the turnaround time for their special orders and their availability of vintage toys & video games. I always stop in to say hi when I’m in the mall. They are very friendly & welcoming to all.

One of the best independent shops around! My go-​to spot for all things comic related. The passion that the staff has for this business truly shines. The store is well organized, well stocked, and always kept incredibly clean. With new comics coming in every week, you can always expect to find what you’re looking for here! Their prices on back issues are super fair as well! Even on new, list price items, Level Up frequently finds creative ways to have sales.
The employees at Level Up are one-​of-​a-​kind; always going out of their way to make every customer feel at home. Whether you’re a newcomer to comics, lifelong collector, or somewhere in the middle, the extremely knowledgeable staff members at Level Up can always find something new to turn your interests towards! Even just hearing staff members talk amongst themselves about upcoming events, video games, or movies, can be a pleasure to eavesdrop in on.
Level Up/​Farpoint Toys & Collectibles is a fantastic safe haven of all things pop culture, providing a great store atmosphere and top-​notch customer service, and that’s something you just can’t get while shopping online. It’s been a pleasure seeing this business grow over the years and continuously find new ways to expand their horizons!

Really awesome comic book store. They have a good variety of comics, gaming and video games. They also have a huge selection of classic toys. Really it’s like a museum of your child hood and you can buy them too! The prices were very reasonable.

This is the place where I go to pick up my comic books on a weekly basis, and I also do a good amount (85%) of my video game shopping here as well.
The staff is very courteous and knowledgable about everything they sell and visiting them is always fun.
As great as it is having a quality comic book shop in the area there’s another spot where this shop shines: retro gaming.
Thanks I things like Nintendo’s virtual console, as well as the occasional hipster, retro is in again and there’s a market for it. Not only does the shop sell used retro systems (when they get them as trade-​ins) but they also sell clone consoles that have become a hot new things, including the Retron 5. The store also sells used games as well as original used controllers and new aftermarket ones for a great variety of the retro systems people have come to love.

I love this place. Their prices are very fair, and they pay well for trade-​ins. I try to shop here whenever I go to the mall. They have AMAZING deals on new games and a very generous rewards system.
The staff is extremely knowledgable. They know their stuff! Talking to them is always a pleasure. Overall a great experience.
