Cedar Creek Cabin is a great place to stay near North Cascades National Park in the Methow River Valley. The cabin itself is fully outfitted and comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. We experienced some pretty hot weather(mid to high 90s) in July, but the cabin was well ventilated and together with the dry climate and evening breezes, was comfortable. No air conditioning, but it’s not needed. The Mazama store is a couple miles away for groceries, and there’s an outdoors supply store there, too. The Methow right nearby is closed to fishing for conservation reasons, but excellent, fishable waters are within a 30 minute drive. Central Reservations, who handle the business end, are helpful. They kindly mailed us an item we left behind, in addition to handling our reservation efficiently.
