Legacy Ford

I would have given half a star if it was allowed but luckily they had a restroom and I was allowed to use hence the one star. Customer service seems to be non existent. Pulled up to the dealership and had to go inside and ask for help. I saw other customers walk up and get help immediately I guess I wasn’t the right color even though most of the associates were the same color as me. After 15 mins I finally received help. I was there to test drive the latest mustang after giving my license and telling him beforehand I was from California I was told that I’m not able to test drive the car since I live in California. Then the manager (the same person that told me no on the test drive) came back to tell me he would offer me a test drive, But after the long wait, having to search for help and being to told no on a test drive I was done. I wanted nothing else to do with Legacy. I guess California money is different from Georgia money. Thanks Legacy

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! They have no sense of customer service, did less than a satisfactory work, lack communication skills, offered a discount I never received. I hate the fact my warranty only allows me to go to a Ford dealership because they are the only ones close. I am a very dissatisfied customer!!!

Bought our Hyundai from Legacy this weekend and we were more than pleased with the friendly service and wonderful deal we got in our new car! I would recommend this dealership any day!

Nothing but good things to say about Legacy Ford. I was in the market for a new Mustang and filled out the online preapproval form. Within minutes, I received a call from Legacy. When I arrived to look at the Mustangs, I had an entire team of people working with me. I am not easy to please when it comes to deciding on a vehicle. These guys were super patient and after much debate on my part (they ran up numbers on 6 different packages for me), they ended up ordering the exact Mustang, with the exact interior, and exact package, and exact wheels I wanted. and had it on the lot for me to drive home in 12 hours. I also opted for the 5 year, worry free, maintenance plan. Just drop by every 5000 miles and my oil change, fluids, tire rotations are all taken care of. This was a GREAT car buying experience. When I pass this 435 hp beast down to my oldest, I will purchase again from Legacy. Legacy made me feel important. like a person. not a transaction. That goes a long way with me. When I picked up my beauty, the owner himself came out and chatted for about 10 minutes with my family and thanked us for our business. This is how all businesses should be operated. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and Ford has what you’re looking for. pick Legacy. even if its not the most convenient option to your location, its worth the drive. These guys will jump through hoops to get you what you want, and with car prices being what they are today, why would you «settle» for anything less?

Extremely professional staff. Answered all of my questions. nice waiting area with free coffee. Mustang was completed within an hour. Call up for daily specials. They also honor a 10% military discount on all maintenance. I will return for’re services.

After I called several times and got n touch with my service rep. My truck was fixed in an hour… Ended up picking up the truck at 4:00… Received calls from several Legacy folks about the service to apologize for the quality of their service.

First let me say that car shopping is not fun to me. I don’t care for it at all. However, at times, it is a necessary evil and so I expect a certain level of knowledge, respect and a little joy that I would even take time to visit your establishment.
With that being said, we stopped by,(well you see the name. I refuse to say/​type it), looking at the Mustang. We looked over the display vehicle and I was pleased to see it was indeed a manual transmission. Great! So me and my elation went inside to inquire more about said vehicle. We were met by a salesman who offered assistance. To which my husband inquired about a few options; sirius/​xm and nav.
**Let me stop a moment and explain that although I don’t like car shopping I take it very serious. I normally do my homework long before I go to a dealership. I normally only ask to see what type of crap I am going to be giving. Since Ford was not on my short list of cars I didn’t go through my normal process and ONLY stopped at this dealership today because I happened to be passing by**
So…the guy then goes on to explain that they do have sirius/​xm and that we could get a nav screen BUT.(and this is where it gets good).it’s VERY **YES HE STRESSED VERY** expensive at 2500.00. At this point I kind of turned my head sideways (picture a dog looking crazy at you). Not at the fact that it was 2500.00 but because he is trying to be all up in my finances as if I cannot afford it.
**Are you serious? You… little ignorant salesman. you see that vehicle out there? Yes, right there, that’s mine. It’s value is more than 3 Mustangs**
At this point my husband asked me did I want to go further because he knows I don’t take likely to being talked down to. And as I looked at the salesman said, «No, not from him or THIS dealership.»
I cannot believe you would even think that THAT is appropriate to discuss at this very moment. Did you think you were doing me a favor? Did I ask you for a favor? No I asked about an accessory to which the answer SHOULD have been either «Sorry, no it is not available.» of «Yes, let me show you just how fabulous our system is over the completion.»
Needless to say I will not be purchasing, or even stepping foot back into this establishment.

That was the commission you could have gotten today had your foot not been so deeply planted into your mouth.
