They will use a deposit to retain and like most cheap apartments will find a reason to keep some if it. They are newly renovated but still old school… and not like cool music… like bad hair and horrible styles. I describe the lady in charge as an used car salesman. She tries to upsale you on everything. She also has her own decorating company on the side… which consist of 1980’s old silk flowers that look beaten up and stolen from a grave. The chapel itself is charming but I wish I would have just booked the chapel further away and told people it was worth the drive. The only reason we really booked it was cause it was close to the place my heart was set on for the reception. Least to say I would NOT use this place now if I could«turn back time». if your having a shot gun wedding… this is your place. If you honestly care about esthetics’s, charm, and being treated like a person… I would NOT use this place. PS… no PA system… no mics… and limitations on how you can decorate. Seriously… if this is your first choice… chose your 2nd or 3rd choice… you will be glad you did!

This old chapel is well kept. Perfect for a small wedding.

My fiancé and I visited with Kim here while looking for venues. Our guest list is simply too big so we won’t be able to hold it here, but boy we wished we could make it work and spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. Kim loves what she does. The venue is darling with its hardwood floors, plentiful windows, wrap-around porch, deck, gazebo, gardens, and so on and so forth. And from looking at so many different places, I feel this place offers all of the right(and optional) services at the right price. They even do custom decorating and a chandelier for each wedding! I recommend a visit if your guest list is not large.
