Nasty food taco were soggy and full of grease. Refried beans were burned. My stomach has been hurting all day since I ate from here … Never ever again …

So I came here last night and I was surprised since I haven’t eaten here in so long. I had the bueno mucho nachos. chips were kind of stale, but still good. the cheese isn’t as good as taco bells cheese but it was still good. with how much meat was on the chips, they became a little soggy. but still! a huge portion of nachos that are way bigger than taco bell’s average ones for the same price was awesome! :)

Taco bueno for a fast food chain they have really good food. Jesse our cashier was all smiles and even checked how our food was after we sat down to eat. Everything tasted fresh and the fire roasted salsa was spot on. I’ve eaten here quite often and have yet to be disappointed!

This place sucks! Cold, nasty, food! Extremely slow drive thru and gross, dirty looking employees. Eat here at your own risk. Trust me!

I sit here typing, hoping my husband doesn’t barf because of the room temperature and less than mediocre food we had tonight. the drive through took way too long and the food was not good. the food was not hot and not even warm enough to melt the cheese. we will never return to this location.

Slow to get to the drive through order area, but I suspect it was because the person in front of me was slow and not because of the TB associates. My order was taken quickly, the guy at the other end was very polite, and the order was processed quickly. Only issue with this location is just that… the location. Depending on time of day(school zones and rush hour), you may not want to be anywhere near this road. Best thing about TB is the specials(weekly and special days) they run.

Well that was a disgusting experience! Usually is at this location but thought we’d try it one more time. Walked in, only ones inside. There was a few cars in the drive thru. Placed our little $ 9 order. Noticed a used glove laying under the grill in the soda fountain. Trash all throughout the restaurant. Tables dirty. Salsa station disgusting. The place looks to be run by kids. Saw an employee throwing the excess cheese and lettuce that missed the tacos, back into the bins. Not the worst but can only imagine they aren’t too clean back there. After waiting over 10 minutes we just left without our order. Called and asked for a mgr. The kid that answered said he was it. I explained. He didn’t care. Never going back. Will drive further to Fuzzy’s or another Bueno location.

Good all around fast food Tex Mex. Chips were not as fresh as advertised, but all was good.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was disgusting. Tortilla was soft and the cheese wasn’t even melted $ 5 was too much to spend on this. I also ordered a smaller quesadilla and never received it.

I am hoping that tonight was just a hiccup. I ordered two meals a MexiDips and Chips combo for myself, and a Sour Cream Childa platter for my fiancé’ with an unsweetened tea and a Dr. Pepper for the drinks. I also ordered my meal«nacho sized» for a larger drink and extra chips and queso. I received the extra chips, but not the queso and the tea was sweetened and the wrong size. Upon closer inspection of the receipt I noticed I was not charged for the upsize, but receiving a sweetened tea when I requested an unsweetened one was annoying, especially when I live 20 minutes away and it was not worth the drive back in to McKinney. The quality of the food was certainly lacking from other times I have been to this same establishment. As I said, I really hope this was just a hiccup in an otherwise acceptable track record

The best fast food Mexican. I love their nacho salad and fajitas. Obviously don’t walk in expecting sit down restaurant quality food, but you get your money’s worth at Bueno. It’s cheap and fast. The interior of the restaurant was recently updated too. I’m a buenohead, so I gave it 5 stars.

Maybe during the day it’s typical Bueno, but just went to this location late(11pm)…cold and gross. Taco Bell next time. Incidentally, my map app was supposed to be taking me to Taco Bell but it wasn’t there. Bueno was, and I was going to go home… but I turned around, drove through and wasted $ 7

You know this place is okay for a quick meal. Much better than Taco Bell. Had the chicken quesadilla and a taco. I’ve actually had worse food and paid for a full restaurant experience. The employees are nice and quite friendly. They make the food right in front of you while you wait. Reassuring.

It’s my favourite when I’m buzzed or need just a small snack, but sometimes… I annihilate the sour cream enchiladas. The speaker people can be real ________s. But the food is typically consistent. I guess the workers acting like _________s is also consistent. Cheer up, people!

I am a buenohead, I must say that Taco Bueno is my favorite fast food Mexican food. It is always fresh and tastes true to form. My favorite is the chicken mucho nachos but I sub the black beans for the refried beans. To save on calories you can always sub black beans for refried beans. It always hits the spot. Enjoy!

It’s Mexican fast food along the lines of a Taco Bell but with a salsa bar and a few different items on the menu. Been here only once and I don’t intend to make it a habit but I guess if you’re craving this type of food late at night, then I’d give you a pass. But if you’re the type that plans on having Taco Bueno for a meal, then I’m probably not going to give your Unilocal much respect.
