Outstanding staff!!! Very friendly. You pay up front out of your pocket but your insurance will send you the reimbursement check to your home. Pain free!

Dr. Baker is a very good dentist and I appreciate his thoroughness and explanations before doing any procedure. His staff are pleasant and easy to work with. My only complaint that’s why I don’t go there anymore is because I don’t think they really try to bill my insurance. They want you to pay everything up front. I paid for my insurance and that’s what it is for. In all the years that I’ve been seen there, I’ve never received an EOB or statement from the insurance for any type of services that was billed for by Dr. Baker’s office. So, for so-​many years I’ve been paying for my dental services out-​of-​pocket! And you know dental services aren’t inexpensive especially when it involves an anesthesiologist!
The last time I called there, it was on the last week of December. I asked them since I’ve mostly likely met my deductible, can they check my insurance because I was certain I only have a co-​pay to pay for? Without checking my insurance, my coverage, they said I have to pay for the visit up-​front. I knew I won’t allow being taken advantaged of again. They should’ve made just made it clear from the beginning. «We are for cash-​paying clients, with or without insurance it really doesn’t matter! »

The best Dentist, staff, and facility I’ve ever been to. Modern, clean, and embraces technology. You pay up front for services and they bill insurance on your behalf. This is a better system because they’re guaranteed their money, and you’re guaranteed to be treated like a paying patient, not just an insurance number. Crazy impressed w/​this place.

Great dentist, thorough hygienists, clean and modern office, and appointments are always on time. If you’re new to the Valley or looking for a new dentist, he’s your man.

The best dentist I have ever had (including dentists in Santa Barbara and Chicago). HE has identified problems and solved them in friends who had lifetimes of pain or problems but no dentist had ever diagnosed the problem. I can speak highly enough of him.
