Dr. Raul Pena of the Pena Eye Institute provides blade-​free laser eye surgery, cataract surgery, and anterior segment surgery to patients in McAllen, Texas and throughout the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Pena attended the University of Cincinnati, where he served as Chief Resident of Ophthalmology. He also trained at Scott and White Memorial Hospital at the Texas A&M College of Medicine and conducted research at the Retina Institute of Maryland in Baltimore.

Dr. Pena is the only official IntraLASIK surgeon of the Dallas Cowboys in the Rio Grande Valley. He has successfully performed IntraLASIK surgery on Dallas Cowboy Players. He also has successfully performed IntraLASIK surgery on other football players from Houston.

Dr. Raul Peña is the Valley’s official IntraLasik surgeon for the Dallas Cowboys. He performs IntraLasik and Cataract Surgery in the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Peña is an experienced and dedicated eye surgeon. The procedures he offers allows people to take part in activities that poor vision has long kept them from enjoying by providing treatment that reduces dependence on glasses and contact lenses, Dr. Peña enables his patients to once again see the world with high definition vision.
