Jason Palker did an amazing job bartending for my wedding. He was punctual and professional. Straightforward, no gimmicks. He was flexible and willing to work with me in terms of specific liquors (top bar) and specific drinks (Mojitos for east coast guests and margaritas for the locals). I would hire him again without hesitation.
