Only giving it 1 star as there is no 0 star option. This place is a terrible unprofessional place of garbage. Stay away. Period. There are plenty of other good repair shops around the area. My finances’ car sat in their garage for 4 days and only when I said I’d take it somewhere else did anything get done. And let me tell you. I wish I had gone elsewhere. They hastily installed a inferior quality part that not only didn’t fix the problem, it made it worse. Then. The next day I brought i back for them to do more work on it and told them they had plenty of time as we were out of time on spring break. Over a week later I came back to the shop to pick up the car as they had done no work on it. The gal up front had to go jump it off as it was just sitting in their garage for over a week and the battery had died. Took it to a real shop and the problem was fixed in a day. Bottom line. Stay away from aamco!!! No help from the national customer service either! The worst part. Mr Shane kept lying at every turn saying there were gonna work on it soon. Or «its on the lift right now.» Total bullsh*t. Side note. If they recommend you to a title pawn it might be a underhanded scheme to legally steal your car. Just a heads up. Their incompetence only pertains to mechanic work. They might be good at taking an unsuspecting persons’ car.
