History

Established in 1964.

It began with two friends who decided to start their own business doing what had brought them together — working in the flooring industry. In March of 1964, Calvin Ford and Richard Fink started F & F Floor Covering & Carpet as a partnership, working out of their vans installing carpet, vinyl and hardwood. After months and years of hard work, in 1987 they were able to purchase a store front in McDonough, Georgia with ample warehouse space and a showroom was set up. They were now running their business from 45 Griffin Street in McDonough. Shortly thereafter, 1991, they were incorporated and continued building their business with hard work, honesty, quality installations and fair pricing. A friendship that had grown into a business had grown into something much, much more…“and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.” Proverbs 18:24
