Nichole represents clients in family law cases (divorce, custody, child support, Family Violence Protective Orders, legitimation and paternity) in Henry County, Georgia (including McDonough, Stockbridge, Hampton, Locust Grove, Ola and Eagles Landing).

During the past thirteen years, Nichole has represented hundreds of clients. With the exception of Nichole’s obligation for a part-​time judgeship as an Assistant Magistrate Judge, her practice is almost exclusively in the area of family law.

History

Established in 2001.

Nichole opened her law firm in Henry County, Georgia after working as an associate at Meadows & Futch, PC. For over a decade, Nichole has represented clients in the Henry County community with family law issues. Nichole’s goal is to advocate for every client as if that client were her only client.

Nichole is a member of the Henry County community and has built a business based on serving the needs of her clients and the community.

Nichole served as an officer of the Henry County Bar Association for four years. In 2004, Nichole served as President, and our local bar association was recognized by the State Bar of Georgia as the best local bar association in our size category in the state.

Nichole has served as a board member and committee chairperson for our local battered women’s shelter, Haven House. Nichole has served our community by accepting an appointment from the Attorney General to be a Special Assistant to the Attorney General and by accepting appointments to represent children as their Guardian ad litem in custody cases.

Nichole was named a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, an honor bestowed through the State Bar of Georgia upon 2% of Henry County attorneys.
