T & T Meats

Preparing for a vacation, I called T&T Meats to get some things ready for a specific recipe. They took my order over the phone, and were cutting the order fresh when I arrived at the appointed time to pick it up. Very friendly. Maybe a little pricey, but worth it. I got about three pounds of top-​sirloin and another three pounds of chicken breast, cut up into kebab cubes specifically for my recipe. I didn’t have to trim off a single bit of fat or gristle or cartilage from any part of it. This was exactly what we needed. It was also carefully wrapped in freezer paper and easy to transport.
T&T do a wide variety of meat, poultry, and seafood. They have package deals to fill the needs of any sized family. In fact, I’ve always wanted to do a pig-​roast, and may have to pick up a pig from these folks. I think they also have some outreach to the local farming community to get the occasional farm-​fresh veggie in to accompany whatever proteins you’re about to buy.
