If I could rate them a 0 I would. The people that work here are very lazy and rude. I had asked the one woman cashier where I could find an item, and she just pointed into the direction over there. I could see if she had a customer, but she was just standing there. Secondly, the other cashier was just as rude. When it was time to check out my items the woman told me my item was original price and not half off. So I had to go to the back of the store to show them that indeed they clearly needed to do a price check. At this point, I decided to leave and go to a different store, which I went to Kohls instead. Kohls had the same item and it was on sale for a lower cost. Avoid this store at all costs, unless you want lazy and rude customer service! I’m surprised their still in business.

Teegan is awesome. She went out her way to help me yesterday. In short, I bought a product that did not meet my satisfaction. Rather than make me go back-​and-​forth purchasing several different products she opened up the products in the store to make sure that what I got was exactly what I wanted and made it a point to state that my satisfaction was her number one priority. Wow!

I was quite impressed with the helpfulness of the cashier. I went out with my mom to pick up a few things and she forgot her coupons. I’m not a fan of the 20% off coupon for everything… why not just make your prices 20% lower?! I feel ripped off going there without a coupon.
The guy who rang us up was helpful and recommended bringing the receipt back with the coupons. He also figured out which coupons would save her the most money overall. Sweet! That is not part of his job, but he is just being a good guy and helping someone out. I appreciate that kind of service!

My Fiancé and I went here to do our registry for our wedding. The woman we worked with was Gail. She is AMAZING! She sat us down and got to know us. When we were done there we went out on the floor to start scanning. Gail was very informative about all the products out there. She told us which one she has and the ones that customers return saying that they don’t like it. I have a back problem, and towards the end it was starting to hurt. Gail carried my purse the rest of the time! She was a blast to work with! If I had to redo the how process, I wouldn’t change a thing!

We went here to create the registry for our wedding, and we were helped by Carla. She was very inviting and personal when she helped us begin the registry. I can also add that she was very patient with us.
As we walked around the store scanning things into our registry, the manager tracked us down to offer us a drink and to also ask questions about the things we added. This was not only a nice touch, but it really did help us out. She pointed out things that we missed (like only one pillow, when we meant to scan two).
I’ve also shopped here in the past, and have always had wonderful customer service.

They have a great variety of coffee, the store is clean and the staff is always willing to help you find something.
