History

Established in 2005.

Began designing at the age of 13 as a rural 4-​H member. Winning Grand Champion qualified me for competition at State were «Best of Show» honors were received. That started a 35 yr. career in the floral design industry & in 1985 opened a retail florist & gift business. At age 45, decided to further my education by returning to school for a degree in Interior Design. With experience, knowledge, and a life-​time love of flowers & nature I desired to combine the two design careers, hence; Blooms & Rooms Design Studio. I consider myself a visionary with the capabilities of seeing past clutter & dated furnishings, to envision an aesthetically pleasing, functional & cohesive space. Balance & harmony produces positive energy for all to enjoy.
