Ryan J.
Business Owner
Ryan graduated from Northern Iowa in 2013 and has been actively participating and coaching CrossFit since. Ryan spent his time at Northern Iowa pursing a degree in movement and exercise science all the while competing division 1 for the Northern Iowa wrestling program. Ryan found CrossFit through an internship that he needed to take as his final 6 credit hours and had never looked back. Ryan believes CrossFit has saved him, CrossFit was a way for Ryan to let the sport of wrestling go and really focus on rehabbing his body that has taken quite a beating from his 18 years of wrestling. By practicing the training principles of CrossFit and performing functional movements Ryan has never felt better about the way his body moves and feels. Ryan’s favorite part about CrossFit is how inclusive it is, anyone that is willing to try is capable of CrossFit and the remarkable health benefits associated with CrossFit.
