Their banking app is inferior and does not work. There is no flash capability on the app to take successful images of the checks being deposited so they fail. There is not technical support for any of their online banking you have to talk to someone in the lobby at the bank and they know nothing about anything.
They also do not support online banking with Chrome Browser and told me they doubt they ever will. So if you plan to deposit checks through online banking Chrome does not support it.
This bank also does not support Android Pay or Apple Pay with their banking card. When calling there customer support «Lobby Hands» they have no clue what you are talking about.
Their online banking I will have to say is one of the slowest I have seen it takes days for it to post and you have to set it up days before it post although they take your money out of your account while it takes that 7 to 10 days to post.
Deposits take forever to show up even though the money is in there they have no problem charging you an overdraft fee.
Free banking for inferior service.
