I whole heartedly agree with the other reviews. I contacted them today about my dog. Doreen, kept talking over me until I raised my voice out of sheer frustration. She then told me she would only deal with me through email because she would not be «screamed» at or «pushed around». So I emailed her seeking help for my dogs aggression. She told me about her very intimate medical problems and those of her partner and why they can’t take her at this time. I told her to disregard my contact as her plate seems to be too full to help me with my dog and that I would take care of the situation myself. She emailed back about the «contract» then proceeded to tell me of her husband’s unemployment and more of her health issues. This to me was very unprofessional. I just wanted some help with my dog. I do not need to hear about personal health and family problems. There are so many other places to adopt a dog that are so much more caring and professional. In my opinion, stay away.
