Thompson Decorators

Thompson Decorators are the most unprofessional and rude business I’ve ever come across. They were hired to paint the buildings in my association, which I pay a monthly fee for. When they got to my house, they purposely crushed my flowers and hedges by trampling them (even though they could easily go around them), repeatedly used my electric outlets for their radios (stole electricity that I have to pay for so they could listen to music while doing all my neighbor’s homes) without so much as asking, and woke us up at 7 am blasting their music that I was paying for!
I called and left them a polite message letting them know about the theft and damage and they never so much as called me back to apologize. I eventually contacted the BBB to report the theft and property damage and they responded by repeatedly calling me a liar and insulting me, instead of trying to make anything right. Not once did they apologize and instead continued to insult me.
I’ve contacted the police and they said I can press charges for the theft. Oh by the way, Thompson said they didn’t consider using my electricity theft because it doesn’t cost that much. Guess they condone stealing if the amount isn’t very much! I sure wouldn’t let these people inside my home!
