My husband and I just had a magnificent 90 minute deep tissue massage… shame on me — I was too stinkin’ relaxed and neglected to get the names, but everything was perfect… would definitely recommend.

Worst service. Waited for one hour and they said they had a misunderstanding and denied service. never again.

I had my nails done by Tony who took two hours to put on the NexGen nails. They were put on very thin and and partially over my skin. Day 4 after getting them done my left ring finger color cracked and partially fell off. The other nails are showing signs of wear and hairline cracks through the layers. I was asked to «make an appointment» to get the finger fixed. Honestly… I’m ticked off at the quality and I’d rather soak them off and go to my regular girl in Frisco. If you come here I recommend that you get Christina to do your NexGen nails and ask for 4 layers instead of 2.

Good service and very clean. First thing i look at when i go to these places is the cleanliness. And they were very clean. We got deep tissue massage and spa pedi. Massage was always good. They focus on area where you request. Mine was shoulder and neck and she was awesome. The foot spa, hot water part. They use disposable covers to keep the tub clean. And of course they did clean even after taking the disposable plastic off. All the nail equipment they open the package in front of u so u know its been sterilized. Service was great! Im coming back here for couples massage next time.

Excellent Spa! I recently received a full body massage that was wonderful. I have been to some very high end Spa’s and my service during the massage was comparable to others I have visited. A few weeks after my massage, I returned for a hair highlight and cut and my colorist/stylist was Christina. It turns out that Christina had done my nails about 12 years ago at another salon and I was amazed and happy to have found her again. When she finished, my hair looked amazing and she has true artistry when customizing your salon services. I had been going to the same hair colorist/stylist for about 10 years before she moved to Florida. I visited 6 other salons before Adriatica only to be very disappointed and frustrated that nobody could do my hair the way it had been done before. Luckily I found Adriatica and will continue to use their Spa services for years to come. Their prices are slightly less than some of the other spas in the area which is a nice bonus to receiving their great service. If you are looking for a staff that is committed to providing you with a service, a staff that is friendly and professional and a spa that offers a multitude of services all in one place, you should schedule an appointment, spend an afternoon there and see what I mean.

I have been going there for over 8 years and every time I go the staff goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my service. They all take the time to get to know me so I always feel comfortable going there. All the services there are top-notch especially their customer service!

I recently visited this location for a Swedish massage, mani, and pedi for the first time. I will start off by saying that I really enjoyed my massage. Although she did not ask me my preferences on any focus areas, she did a good job finding my tense spots. I would go back to get a massage by April. However the rest of my experience wasn’t up to par. There is no waiting area, so when I checked in the receptionist told me to fill out a form– while she called my masseuse to inform her she had an appointment(I wonder if she knew I was coming), Then she pointed to go sit wherever I wanted to wait on her. I looked around a little bit, feeling awkward and unsure what to do. I believe that her unprofessionalism, and horrible customer service is what really put a bad taste in my mouth. The rest of time I spent there the staff was eating, walking around barefoot, and talking to each other in Vietnamese– instead of asking me about my preferences, or asking me for a drink– since I had just gotten a massage. I was unsure of what color nexgen I wanted since there were none displayed in a menu with picture, or even on the fake nails to show what it would look like. They kept all there nexgen colors in a basket and based off what I told them I wanted– they grabbed a color and started doing it. I think my pedicurist said one sentence to me the whole time, and the manicurist was nice, however he was extremely slow at nexgen nails. The pedicurist did not look at me the entire time, and her service she provided was hardly impressive. I was really unsatisfied with what I received for the price paid. Also, they kept having to leave me sitting there several times to go find things they needed. It would’ve been better to gather all your tools before starting. I was disappointed that I wasn’t spoken to, offered a drink or pillow, I had to ask for someone to turn the massage chair on, and I was really disappointed that there was food visibly laying out during the 3 hours I was there with one of the stylists was eating a snow cone. I know there are regulations that restrict any food or drink in salon areas around chemicals, according to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration. I have a plentiful amount of feedback that I would like to give, however these were the biggest disappointments. May the things that upset me be petty to some, however those are the expectations that are met when I visit spa’s, or nail/hair salons. My experience cost a total of $ 116, plus a $ 20 tip– which was very gracious of me considering the circumstances, and all I wanted was a relaxing spa day. Unfortunately I will not be revisiting this place of business again, nor will I refer anyone there, unless it is to see April for a massage only.

The only thing redeeming about this spa was the complimentary wine. The nail techs were extremely rude when my friend and I didn’t say yes to the upsell they were trying to make us buy. My pedicure was smudged and the tech gave me the polish bottle to fix it myself and was out the door before I even paid. My friends pedicure paint job looked like my 8 year old son did it. This place is overpriced and I will never be back or recommend it to anyone. I will be surprised if it is in business for another 6 months.

Great salon! This is the only place I go for waxing because they go quickly. Also, the spa pedicures are awesome and my spa technician spent a long time making sure my feet looked great.

I got my nails done here. It was okay at best. The first time coming in, they spoke in vietnamese the whole time to each other which is rude and my nails were way over-priced for what I got. For the last few times I’ve come in, they’ve not been staffed. Seriously, the nail techs are never there for some personal reason or another. You’re better to go somewhere else where you get what you pay for.

I’ve been going here for about 2 – 3 years. I love it, Julie is the best! My gel manicures last for over 2 weeks. And the pedi’s are fantastic!

I went for my first visit almost 2 weeks ago and had a massage and waxing session. The girl who helped me was Tina, she did a WONDERFUL job! I am a massage therapist myself and she went above and beyond my expectations! This first experience couldn’t have been better! The prices are not at all bad either! I definately recommend this place to everyone I know! My next massage is Monday and I can’t wait. :-)
