Just had my ice maker repaired and it was quick and very reasonably priced. I was quoted more for a simple service call by many other competitors and was on the verge of just buying new! Gary was very nice and explained everything! Thank you

Awful awful awful. this company is crooks. took my 42.00 to do nothing… told me it was bad valves or my computer board was going out on my washer.WRONG.didn’t take it apart or anything… they charged 42.44 for house call and then he wanted 185.00 to come fix it on monday. after he got the part. so for a grand total of around 230. so I called another guy. who prompty came out took whole washer apart. cleaned all hoses and checked all parts. found the problem
.the 1 part had a hole in it np .he replaced it right there. cleaned all inside and around washer .put everything back together. after testing it. how much 189. oo total with 90 day warranty. Now that’s what u call service. if u like getting ripped off please call him

When I called for an appointment, Susan was as nice as could be and set up an appt. quickly.
Gary arrived promptly and was amazing.
I had an electric panel that needed to be installed on a wall oven and a ice maker that was stuck… he was very knowledgeable and very pleasant.
From this point on… lappliance pro is my go to company.

I had a dishwasher installed. I called and they sent someone out the same day. The technician was exactly on time, polite, courteous and fast. Most importantly, the work was done well. This will be my go-​to company for appliance repair from now on. This is a great company to do business with.

I got a great deal on a service call for my washing machine due to a coupon I received in the mail. Before calling though, I checked the reviews on-​line, and all seemed to be pretty positive. When Gary showed up, he was knowledgeable about my machine, and went through a series of troubleshooting steps that helped confirm the error code I’d seen.
Unfortunately we were unable to go any further with the repairs due to the problem (non-​communication between the motor and the brains) of my washer. Gary was quite candid in our discussion about repair versus replacement, and I wholeheartedly appreciate the honesty in his answers to my questions.
Despite choosing to go the route of purchasing a new washing machine, I would definitely call back for any other issues with any of my appliances. They were efficient, on-​time, and honest. I don’t want much more than that!

Quick to respond and fit me in. Gary spent the time with me to explain so much about my washer and things we can do to prevent issues going forward. I felt like he was not in a rush to get out but truly cared about making sure my appliance was going to work in the future. I am going to recommend them to everyone and save their number for future use. So nice to have another repair person I can trust.

My front load washer started making loud noises when spinning. We called Appliance-​Pros around 5 p.m. in the evening, lucky for us they had an appointment available early the very next day. My washer is about 10 years old and I was worried that I would need to replace it. The washer was fixed in less than an hour. Price was very, very reasonable. I am terrible with names but the service man that came to our home was very courteous and efficient. I will be calling them again for all our appliance repair needs.

The filtered water dispenser on our Maytag french door refrigerator stopped working. We had another company come twice to repair it. They were unsuccessful.
Gary came the same day we called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part, came with the replacement part exactly when he promised, and fixed the problem. He was professional, efficient and knowledgable. Price was reasonable.
Would absolutely call them again and would recommend without reservation.
We believe he saved us the price of a new refrigerator because based on our previous experience, we were already shopping for a new one.

I chose Appliance Pros t get my dishwasher fixed. It was an expensive Samsung and the flashing lights indicated a low level water sensor issue. Based on the previous Unilocalers reviews I gave them a call and was happy from the get go just based on phone manners. It happened the the owners lived close to me before moving recently.
Gary showed up and first made sure that it was worth fixing and not too expensive to fix. He then got the defective part out and ordered the replacement. He always called before coming telling me the exact time his GPS told him he would be at my home :-). I always got a follow up call after every visit. After the defective part was fixed I ran the dishwasher and saw some water collecting at the base.
Gary came back again pulled the unit out and we found a defective drain hose that had ruptured nothing related to the work he did. He went to the store and got one and installed it and made sure there was no leaking. He did not charge me for that. I was very comfortable discussing the issue with Gary as we both are engineers and he took his time to explain the design etc.
Follow up call again next day to make sure that all was working and if I as happy with the service rendered.
This is unheard of in todays world. I would definitely call them back for any appliance related issues at my home. I trust them with their work and quotes.

Great customer service and acceptable prices, we’ll use them again! They arrived on time, showed us the parts that were replaced, and cleaned up before leaving.

After my failed attempt with another appliance repair company (whom I did not find on Unilocal), I contacted Appliance Pros and they came out the same day, had the part in stock and repaired my washer the next day. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything to me, emailed my receipt and even did a follow up call a few days later to make sure everything was working properly and to ask how their service was. All I can say is that I wish I had found them sooner. I will definitely be referring them to my clients. Thanks again, but I hope I don’t have to see you again anytime soon. :-)
