History

Established in 2011.

Chicago Title-​Willingham & Malolo, PLLC started in 2011. Since then we’ve been dedicated to offering top notch title service and education to McKinney and the surrounding areas.

Meet the Business Owner

Charles M.

Business Owner

Charles was born and raised in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Charles fell in love with the guitar early which led to a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance with an emphasis in guitar from Utah State University in 2006. Also during that time, Charles took two years away from school to serve a full time mission for his church in the Philippines where he learned the Tagalog language.

After college, Charles worked professionally as a loan officer for World Savings Bank and as a Government Sales Representative for Wilson Electronics. Charles then moved on and set his sights on law and completed a law degree at Texas Tech School of Law in May of 2011.

Since that time Charles has helped both real estate and tax law clients understand and benefit from the law. At Chicago Title-​Willingham & Malolo Charles oversees and directs the day to day operations and marketing of the firm. Charles still plays guitar regularly and is known for playing tunes at seminars and networking events.
