My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary, but I sure wish he would have used a different florist! The arrangement I received from Franklin’s was just pitiful and looked nothing like the picture on their website. It was supposedly«deluxe»(i.e. he paid more for an upgrade), but the arrangement was very small, and the flowers and greenery were in poor condition. Apparently Franklin’s doesn’t care much about customer service, because they have not responded to his emails or called him. Franklin’s is now on my «don’t use» list …
