My home inspection service gives you the essential facts you need to know before buying a home. I am committed to point out any areas of concern to you, so you can prevent future problems and rest assured your home is completely safe.

If there are any areas that need to be repaired, I’ll find it! As I walk through, I thoroughly inspect the property and take pictures of all the observed deficiencies. At the end of the inspection I review each picture with my clients as well as give a verbal report on site answering any questions or concerns they may have. So when they receive their inspection report, they already have a very good understanding of the condition of the home.

Meairs Property Inspections was established in 2013. The owner, Andrew Meairs, previously served in the United States Army Reserve, worked as a Police K9 Officer, and built custom homes prior to becoming a licensed home inspector.

Welcome to Meairs Property Inspections. My name is Andrew Meairs and I am a father of two wonderful children, and husband of a beautiful wife who is a talented professional photographer and graphic designer! (priscil​la​marie​.smug​mug​.com)

I have 10 years of construction and custom home building experience. Prior to home inspections, I served the community as a K9 Police Officer. I also served in the United States Army Reserve for 8 years giving back to the country that I love and appreciate. In every chapter of my life, I have been fortunate enough to be able to use my passion… serving people… which carries over into home inspections. I love what I do and I take pride in protecting the customers future investment, teaching them about the home they are potentially buying, and assisting them in anyway I can to help them enjoy their new home!
