Papa John’s Pizza

Papa John’s has always been my favorite go-​to pizza despite my kids always wanting Domino’s. Our pizza showed up last night and what appeared to look fantastic — was covered in so much tomato sauce — it «ooozed» out of the pizza everywhere. The two toppings slid off the pizza there was so much. Is this new? Are you guys adding more sauce or was this a mistake on behalf of the person making the pizza?
I called to ask the manager — and got hung up on by the staff. Guess you’re too busy to call the manager to the phone.
Guess I’ll be too busy to call you next time for that pizza order too. Too bad… love their garlic sauce that no one else has these days. If you change the way you make your pizza… let us know.

Annual update: my boyfriend is still the best. He knows what I like and how much I like. He’s been consistently delivering the goods to me all year long… and let me tell you, Papa really delivers. There have been times when he brought tears to my eyes… and other occasions when I wake up craving only what he can give… a piping hot pizza like no other. I love you, John.

I ordered 5 large pizzas for a bday party. I added a special note to cook well done. When we got home and began to eat them, everyone thought they were under cooked. Especially towards the center of the pizza. The dough was raw. Yuck! I felt so bad because my family wanted from Pizza Hut and I convinced them that this pizza was better.

Sometimes this Papa John’s gets it right, sometimes they don’t. I’ve had super hot tasty pizza from here and I’ve had cold pizza with doughy uncooked crust bits hit or miss really. Sometimes there’s too much sauce and sometimes there’s too little. I’ll go depending on how desperate for pizza I am.

Don’t eat here! Steve, who was cooking the pizza and working the cash register when I went in on March 20^th at 2 PM, gave some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. I don’t expect much from a takeout pizza place, but I do expect to not be scowled at and cussed out («I’m getting your f***ing pizza, hold on» were Steve’s exact words). I also expect to not have my card and receipt thrown at me after I pay. All of this just because I said I was in a bit of a hurry. Don’t support this place!!! Steve should not be working in the service industry, he obviously hates his job and resents the customers because of it.

You can’t beat the deal with getting half off if the Rangers get 7 runs. We order from this deal often. My husband thinks they have the best pineapple canadian bacon pizza. My boys like the cheese pizza with three cheese topping. This place is a winner for the whole family.
We always have it delivered. It usually arrives in 30 minutes and it is hot!
