Secure 1 First

Great company, Henry and his brother are good guys. They explain everything well and help with your needs. Henry is also quick to respond to any issues that you might have. They are a small company that is more personable, unlike large companies that just want your money.

I had an incident where we had an intruder and being a single parent, I wanted to make sure that my kids felt secure quickly. I called Henry at Secure 1 First on a Thursday and he had the parts and installed my new system the very next day. The system I chose also included automation and so I added some items over the next couple of days and we all love it. I also ended up getting a surveillance system. I have friends that have security cameras that do an okay job and I know that I could find something cheaper than the professional cameras that I bought. I believe I could have even gotten some of the cheaper cameras through Secure 1 but I chose the better quality system. The reason is that in the last 3 years, I’ve had 3 experiences where someone was caught on video (once hitting our car in a parking lot, once vandalizing by kids, and once breaking and entering where the person was actually targeting my daughter) (and no, I don’t live in a bad areas). Each time, the cameras caught our perps on camera but the camera quality was too bad to positively id the car or the person to a point where the police could do anything. If someone comes into my house again, I want to make sure that I know who they are and what they look like. I’m not settling for a poor quality camera and feeling that you just watched someone get away with a crime against you and there is nothing you can do about it. I appreciate the advice and input that I received from Henry. I appreciate that he was so quick to get my house to a point where we feel secure and I appreciate that he made sure that the job was done and complete to our satisfaction.
