I had surgery here on June 29th.
I was a little concerned that both the nurse and anesthesiologist claimed to have called me the day before and left me a message when I don’t have a working answering machine on my home phone. And who calls home numbers in 2011 anyway?
I’m also annoyed that I get to call and fight with my insurance company on Monday because this in-​network surgery center didn’t have enough forethought to make sure that the anesthesiologist was also in-​network.
Other than that, I had a good surgery and fairly good recovery while there. And I appreciate learning now at 36 that morphine is a waste of time and never to have that junk again because it doesn’t touch real pain. I will know better for the rest of my life.
