I will never shop at this location. Mexican male at the cash register would not check me out. He was busy being a douche bag. What a waist of air. Get ride of him.

Me and my gf went there looking for a variety of products and like many people, felt a bit lost and overwelmed. An employee named Noël went out of his way to help us. Noël apparently was the«jack of all trades» guy and I never would have thought he would have had any time to help customers like us making small purchases. Not only did he guide us through the entire store, helped us design our project, but also gave us the genuine and tradiotional customer service that you NEVER see these days… a true professional. I am rarely taken back by such customer service, but this gentlemen is a true gem and I hope others have a chance to be helped by him just as we did

I went on a Sat. and they seemed very well staffed. There was a great greeter who told us the right aisle we needed, the check out lady(Carol) was so chipper & kind. This was a surprisingly great experience.

Outstanding customer service! Jeff went above and beyond to help me for almost 2 hours find all the parts I needed for one of my silly Pinterest projects. He could of turned away and said they didn’t have the part because they didn’t but instead he as well as 4 – 5 other employees all helped me find another solution. I am so greatful for all of his help!

We have gave this location a try several times. Several months back my wife took back some unneeded extra fencing boards and pickets. Several employees walked by in the parking lot without saying a word or offering to help unload the truck. Just the other day we were waiting in checkout. One person with several items was in front of us. Another cashier asked, «You all ready»? Thinking she was going to check us out she lead us over to self checkout. Took the item from us and scanned it. Then all she sad was«Swipe your card». and walked off. The entire purpose we were waiting in line is because we don’t like self checkouts and we don’t mind waiting for a couple of min. Please read my review on the Custer Rd Location.

Very, very poor service! Went to get a paint sample matched and they were very rude about it. Once I got to the paint department, one guy took my paint sample from me without a word, took it over to another guy for help matching it, and then they got into a conversation. I had my two toddlers with me and was upset that they were using foul language(«f**k,» «n***a,» and«godda*n») right in front of them. After I waited about 10 minutes, the one guy came back and handed me a bucket of paint and a glaze. I said I just wanted a sample size. He sighed, rolled his eyes, and went to size it out. He returned to the counter a few minutes later and gave me the sample paint size, and the full bucket of glaze. I said thanks, and went to pay. When I got home and applied the paint and glaze to the patch I was covering on my wall, ITDIDN’T EVENMATCH! I went to a different Home Depot and they were so much nicer and actually gave me the right match of paint. The cashier lady was very nice so it must have been just a bad day in the paint department!

Not much to say that would differentiate this location from any other Home Depot except that getting in and out of this plaza can be a real pain depending on traffic.

I agree with Jennifer. The customer service at this Home Depot is definitely hit or miss. There are certainly some employees who do actually enjoy their job and it shows; unfortunately, there are also many employees who completely ignore you and act like they’re doing you a favor IF they even acknowledge you at all. Most of the time they have what I’m looking for but don’t come too close to closing time because they will be sure to push you out the door!

I’ve been shopping here for about 8 years. I’ve never had a problem. About 60%(total guess but seems about right) of the employees will ask if you need help finding something. Only on a rare occasion have I had someone just point where I can find what I need, usually they’ll walk me over to it or give me the exact description of the area. This week I wanted something they are out of and the two guys helping looked up the other stores and called to be sure what the computer shows was accurate. He had a little trouble finding a preson in the deptartment I needed at the other store because it was almost closing time but he made sure I had the phone number to 2 stores that the computer showed had what I wanted.

Uggghhhhhh. So I’m not a huge home depot fan, and the customer service here is so hit or miss. I highly highly highly recommend going to the Lowes on the other side of 380 if you can. My first experience here was being blatantly ignored by the guy working in paint and then having him smart off to my husband when my husband asked him if he would help us. That ended with us talking to the manager who literally asked my husband«What do you want me to do about it?». Trust me, just avoid them. The second time I went I called ahead because everyone was out of firewood and the customer service person told me they had it, and confirmed they had the starter logs as well, which I appreciated. However, when I actually arrived I asked the«greeter» and she said she didn’t know if they had any, and pointed to the other end of the store. After wandering aimlessly for a while, someone finally showed me where the firewood was, stacked in a tiny pile by the door because they were also almost out. They apparently have a large inventory, but that might be because so many people have been turned off by their level of service. Make them a last resort for sure!
