David B.

Business Owner

David has been in the title industry for over ten years. He has handled thousands of residential and commercial settlements throughout Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.

David is also the managing partner at The Burger Law Firm, his practice focuses on Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Landlord /​Tenant Law and Wills, Trusts and Estates.

He earned his B.A. from the University of Vermont and his J.D. from the George Mason School of Law. David is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, the District of Columbia, U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia and Maryland, the U.S. District Court of Maryland, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

David also spent years traveling and living abroad — working as a photo-​journalist and starting and running a magazine in Taiwan, he also operated a «survival» trekking company in Northern Thailand.
