History

Established in 2003.

While still in high school, Eugene began working for a real estate developer and then for a real estate brokerage. He showed so much potential that he was hired and mentored by a broker who specialized in serving corporate clients and multinational financial institutions. Together, they built an award-​winning, top-​producing, brokerage business in one of the toughest real estate markets in America. Eugene not only learned the guiding principles of real estate, but also developed ironclad ethics and an understanding of what it means to go the extra mile for his clients.

Eugene earned a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. His Masters in Urban Planning, also from the University of Michigan, was focused on housing finance. While in school, Eugene developed an interest in real estate investing. As the market improved, he developed unique resale strategies– improving returns and increasing the number of properties rehabilitated. Eugene developed a keen eye for value, a clear understanding of construction, and a unique sense of style.

In his many years of experience, Eugene has completed thousands of real estate transactions. He has marketed, negotiated, and closed properties on behalf of this country’s most prestigious institutions while adhering to the strictest of client requirements. Eugene negotiates and works hard for his clients. As a true professional, he leverages his ethics, knowledge, and experience to deliver the best possible results.
