Successfully negotiating for my clients is one of my specialties, along with putting them in touch with vendors to secure financing, inspections, and closing agents. My experience and market knowledge has helped my buyers save money on their home purchases, and has led to many referrals from my satisfied clients.

For my seller clients I arrange for a consultation with a staging company, arrange for professional photography, and help with getting the little things done around the house to make sure it is in the best possible condition and sell quickly for the highest possible price.

History

Established in 2002.

I have made the DC metro area my home after returning from Europe in 2000.

Since then I have helped many of my clients buy or sell their home.
