Greensafe Carpet and Floor Cleaning

Bill showed up early to my appointment (which I appreciated). He was very friendly, and took only as long as he said he would right to the minute. Bill did a wonderful job and I won’t hesitate to call him again I’m the future.

Bill is WONDERFUL! He responded to my call promptly and offered me carpet clean up service on the morning of the day right before Christmas after I was stood up by Sears THREE times (plz read my other review for them if interested:))! He was early that morning, got all the equipments ready, and waited for me to open the door (it was raining heavily that morning). I felt bad but he was super polite and didn’t complain at all. Then I learned he is the owner of the company and he’ve sent all his workers home for Christmas Eve, but decided to take care of my condo by himself since I told him it is an emergency (I have moved out and the unit was supposed to be cleaned and handed back to the landlord 3 days ago). I was expecting to pay much higher price given the situation, but Bill charged me very reasonable price which surprised me, to be honest. When I checked unit back in the afternoon, it was spotless and WITHOUT any odd chemical smell from other cleaning service I’ve got. I was speechless but admiring him from my heart. It’s really hard nowadays to find business like this. I wished he opened more businesses or have a practice to train people how to do business like he does with his own. He is an inspiration to my life.:)

I highly recommend Green Safe if you need your carpet or rug cleaned! I’ve called Bill many times over the past couple years and will continue to use him. He is reliable, prompt and just an overall great guy. He really will do his best to get to your house within a day or two of calling him. He’s quick and does a great job.

WOW! what a wonderful experience. Bill was extremely friendly and professional. I wish I could give him more stars. I was in a pinch for time and Bill was able to come last minute and save my carpets before I had to move out. He was super accommodating and did it with a smile :). He left my father and me smiling with our wonderful clean carpets, his charming personality and professionalism. I would recommend him again and again.

I highly recommend Greensafe!!! Excellent customer service and cleaning results. Bill and his team were very curious and pleasant to work with in setting up the appt and when at our house to clean our family room carpet. We have a baby who has started crawling so I really wanted to truly clean the carpet even over the aesthetics; however we got both! Bill and his team have our carpet super clean and looking brand new! I will never again work with any other company– and will be calling Bill again soon to come back and clean the rest of our carpets! Thank you!!!

Bill responded promptly to my inquiry about cleaning my area rugs before my move to California. He carried my rugs off and returned them in time for the moving truck!
They were gorgeous, rolled, and moth ball ready for the trip. Bill was wonderful to work with, gave me a reasonable deal, and did fantastic work. HIGHLY recommend.

I used Greensafe when I was moving out of my apartment in Lorton. Bill was very professional, came on time, dragged all his equipment up the stairs to the third floor (I felt bad, we had no elevators), and did an awesome job! Our experience using Greensafe was exceptional from the minute we called to inquire about services until our carpet was delivered to our front door (on the 4^th of July, no less). The owner (Bill) is the consummate professional and it shows in his reliable and timely communication and thorough cleaning services. My wife and I were incredibly satisfied with the special care and attention to detail as well as the price of Greensafe’s cleaning services. The fact that Greensafe is a family owned local company makes it even better. Kudos to a job well done!

Bill was very courteous and professional, super friendly as well. He came and gave me the quote which i felt included a lot as opposed to other companies that charge extra. There were no hidden fees, what you see is what you get. The carpet was clean and looked like new, and he also gave me booties so i can walk on the carpet when needed. Will definitely be calling again.

In need of a desperate carpet clean, Bill and Greensafe came to the rescue. I recently just bought a new house and I wanted to have our carpets deep cleaned before I moved in furniture. I gave Bill a call and luckily he was able to fit me in his schedule the same day. He did a great job! He was super nice, affordable, efficient, professional and provided great service! I’ve used Greensafe three times for carpet cleaning and each time Bill delivers — easy to schedule, always on time, carpets are spotless. He provides excellent education on keeping carpets clean in the future and the price is extremely reasonable. I will continue to use Greensafe in the future!

This is an update to our prior review in June 2014. We recently contacted Bill come by and clean our carpets. Once again, on short notice, Bill delivered! He did an exceptional job and was very professional — to include wearing booties to protect our floor. He also suggest we delay the process for one week due to the amount of rain and moisture in the air, which would cause the carpets to take a long time to dry. Bill’s service is amazing and we continue to highly recommend him for all of our carpet and furniture cleaning.

Everything about this carpet cleaning experience was great. From the prompt response when I called, to the impeccable timeliness of his arrival and attention to detail while cleaning the carrier and explaining the prices to me. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Great job, my carpet looks great and looking forward to using Greensafe again.

Bill did a great job cleaning our carpet! He cleaned the carpet in 2013 and we were so pleased with his service then. When we needed cleaning done this time we knew exactly whom to call. He is prompt, reliable, and affable. He takes great pride in his work and it certainly shows. We will happily call this company again!

Bill came recommended by my handyman and I am so glad he did! We had carpet put in about a year ago and it was time for a carpet cleaning, in addition to the tile/​grout in my master bedroom and hardwood floors. The price was just right, and he and his team did a fabulous job. It looks spotless and Bill provides over the top customer service and is extremely reliable. He is also great about communicating via email or phone, whatever your preference. I highly recommend Bill if you want a job well done!

Bill was wonderful! We needed to have all our carpets (regular and area rugs) cleaned and they all turned out wonderfully. We had a particularly bad pet stain, which is 100% gone. We wanted to make sure there were no harsh chemicals since we have a baby which is why we chose GreenSafe, and they did not disappoint. Customer service was above and beyond, Bill and his colleague were on time, very pleasant and did an outstanding job. We are 105% satisfied!

Felt like a bit of a rushed job. I scheduled just 1 day in advance and Bill arrived half hour earlier than scheduled. I felt I over paid, I mean I would have paid the same $ 99 had the apartment been empty too. They did not move the furniture or even the TV stand and such. The exposed carpet is clean and I am happy with that though. Could have been better. I would have felt it worth the money spent if they either reduced the price or moved things around.
