Do not under any circumstance use this company for your internet or phone. We are plagued with problems, no one from tech support EVER responds to any ticket in any sort of timely manner, we have multiple un-​returned emails and calls to the company. TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!

A nightmare! you guys are very unprofessional in every way possible. No need to go into detail because my fingers will break off with all the nightmares we’ve had with you.

Atrocious product and service. ICore is the only available service provider in our building and so we are forced to use them; otherwise, there is no way I would consent to doing business with them. If you want frequent service outages, incompetent support staff, and apathetic customer care, then you should use iCore. If you want your phones to simply work without having to think about it, then use someone else.

The place were I work switched to iCore about a month ago and since then it has been a nightmare. We have had all kinds of issues. It’s like everything used to work and since iCore came everything broke down. My first interaction with them was when they took my ethernet cable to connect a coworker’s phone leaving me disconnected from the internet and unable to work.
That is not the end. We have had all kinds of issues with out phones. Lost calls, bounced calls, sound issues and the phones just breaking down period. Internet has been spotty at best and we have completely lost access to our server leaving us with faxing and scanning capabilities.
throughout this entire ordeal the IT iCore people have been completely clueless and it seems that every time they try to fix something they end up breaking something else. We had had to bring in outside IT guys to fix the mess that they have left us with. I think we rather switch back to out 50 year old phones than stick with these guys.
Watch out for the 5 year contract!

Just say NO!!! They LIE about EVERYTHING from the second the salesman walks in the door!!!
Last November they lied their way in here and then somehow managed to talk us into a new phone system and promised the moon and stars along with it. We were supposed to get the new phone system installed and it would run parallel with our old one until we got used to (and were trained on) the new phones.
What really happened was they dumped the phones off here, did not program them and then completely blew us off. Then our phone lines stopped working one by one. Requests for help went ignored. One guy responded when I posted on Facebook and came out and saw that the phones really weren’t programmed right (they did not believe us) and spent two hours messing with them and never came back again, nor did anyone else. So we called and wanted them to come remove everything and they cut off our old phone system instead. This was all right before the coldest weather of the season so we lost customers because they could not call us.
Also, the FiOS box they had installed (they subcontract everything, nothing is theirs) for our new internet was NEVER EVEN ACTIVATED, let alone connected to our network.
It has been a month and customers still cannot get in touch with us via our published numbers that seem to have been ported off into oblivion and we only have one working phone number. This is my family’s business and we have been here for over 40 years and it is killing me to see what this is doing to my parents, and to this company that they worked so hard to build.
iCore needs to crash and burn for what they have done to ruin small businesses. God help that salesman if I ever run into him.
Follow up: Now they are suing us for not paying for services they never provided. They did not even try to collect courteously, they just went straight to a lawsuit. We never did hear from anyone at iCore after they broke everything and in the end it was Verizon who came and fixed it.

While the actual product is not the worst, the customer service is ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. It took them three weeks to fix a simple issue with our fax machine and that was with me calling every day for a status update. They only do the absolute bare minimum and if you are not on top of them, nothing gets done. That includes problems with the service, invoice issues, etc.
It also seems like no one there knows what they are doing and the turn over is constant. We have been customers for two years and have had 3 different reps during that period. Every time I call with an issue the person tells me they are new and don’t have answers.
I agree with the poster who said the contracts are border illegal. They are sneaky with how they lock you in. We have one year left (unfortunately) and then we will be terminating service.
After my last fax issue, I told them I would be giving an anti-​recommendation to everyone and they did not care. I even wrote that in all the Customer Support Surveys I was sent after the issue and not a single person has called me. So that right there shows you how much they care…

Stay away from this company! We will never work with iCore again. They have been the biggest nightmare to work with. They deployed a phone system in our office that never worked. After 4 months of outages, dropped calls, missed calls, upset users, and upset customers we had enough. And have decided to leave them for a more reputable provider.
The executive of our local chamber of commerce recently sent out a warning about them. iCore got a hold of the chamber of commerce member directory, and proceeded deceive local chamber members. They called several members, and falsely represented themselves as fellow chamber members to advertise their services.
Do not do business with this company.

We’ve had nothing but good experiences with iCore, and strongly recommend them. Our rep is amazing and very attentive.

Stay away, the service is horrible.

Run from this company… after 3 years we will be free of them shortly. We ahve had 5 reps in 3 years and each one is worse then the previous. I have a help desk ticket that has been open for 3 weeks… contracts border on illegal as you auto-renew…crappy product, over-​priced and bad support.
