Deep tissue or medium pressure massage. Proud graduate of the Nationally and internationally certified premier massage and bodywork school CRSMT. Combines elements of Swedish, deep tissue, Shiatsu, Thai, Myofascial, craniosacral and trigger point therapies. EVERY session is customized to the client and their particular needs and wants. This is no ordinary massage – business is mainly referral based and can be in conjunction with other therapies such as chiropractic care, athletic conditioning, healthy lifestyle changes and chronic/​acute stress overload.

History

Established in 2012.

Liz Schneider is the massage therapist for Stynchula Chiropractic and Sports Rehab. Dr. Andy Stynchula has been in business since 1995 and his father played for the NFL. He and his wife (RN) founded the practice and they are deeply routed in the community in sports and wellness. Liz attended the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and graduated at the top of her class. This has been her dream job and she dedicates most of her focus on study, pain patterns and advanced techniques.
