Starbucks

The coffee from here is inconsistent. Usually bad (compared to typical Starbucks). Service is slow, and they are often out of normal supplies, such as cups or sleeves. This place needs its license removed so it can no longer call itself Starbucks. Absolute disgrace.

NEVER BEEN SO IRRITATED. I haven’t had any huge problems with this Starbucks until tonight. I went there and I really wanted a pumpkin spice latte or any hot drink really (other than tea) and the barista told me she couldn’t make anymore hot drinks because she closed down the machine. So I just said fine I’ll get a pumpkin spice frap and call it a night. Well before she even made the guy in front of me his drink, she having a hard time closing down the latte machine (yeah the one she said she closed down already). Two other guys came to help and one of them asked why she was closing it down when she still had THIRTY MORE MINUTES and she said «I DON’T FEEL LIKE MAKING HOT DRINKS». I’m standing right there and she made the guy in front of me a hot drink but DID NOT FEEL LIKE MAKING ME ONE. There was no one behind me how hard can it be to make one hot drink? Her name is KAILA. YES I AM CALLING HER OUT. IM SICK AND THAT WAS ALL I WANTED. You signed up for this job, TO MAKE PEOPLE DRINKS. YOU ARE GETTING PAID! You LIED. I’m mad about that the most. How can you LIE to a customer? I hope you see this and change your attitude or you won’t make it after high school child.

This has to be the worst starbucks. Ever. It took 10 mins before I had my order taken, even though I was standing at the counter. These guys can’t prepare drinks in a timely fashion. They don’t care about customer service. They look like they’re still sleeping. I asked for room in my Pike Place and he left about 1.5 inches of room. Where’s the rest of my coffee dude?

I wish I didn’t have to give this place any stars, worse Starbucks ever!
I’ve been in here at 5:30 am when it’s suppose to open at 5 and it’s never open, or the guy just got there and isn’t ready for customers. It’s always out of stuff and my drink is never right. Also you go in 20 minutes until they close and that guy says he already turned off the machines. I have started using the Starbucks down the street at Rt 7 and Pimmit Dr, next to Jason’s Deli, much better place.
Avoid this Starbucks in this Safeway, they simply don’t care.

This is not a real Starbucks. It is located in the Safeway. The coffee is typical of Starbucks. The service is sometimes spotty. Often only 1 person is there and you have to wait for the server to take the order and prepare the drink before waiting on the next customer. I only drink plain coffee and don’t like having to wait for while other customers’ drinks are prepared. When there’s more than 1 person; one person usually take orders while others prepare drinks. When I ask for just coffee, the person at the sales terminal usually prepares it immediately. I don’t think they honor the free refills that I would normally get at a real Starbucks.

Absolutely rude and degrading service from Curtis. He rolled his eyes when I ordered 6 drinks and then gave me an attitude when I asked on the status of my drinks since other people were getting their lattes before me. His response «ma’am you need to chill you ordered a LOT of drinks» I’ll never be back.
Starbucks customers shouldn’t be punished for making big orders. Ridiculous.
