The EnVISION Firm

Professional, creative, efficient, resourceful, and impressive are words that come to mind when I describe my experience with The EnVISION Firm! Let me just say that it was truly a pleasure to work with Raven and her EnVISION Firm team. The team was with me every step of the way: meeting with the venue’s management, coordinating and negotiating with vendors, placing orders on my behalf, all the while keeping me well informed of progress and budget.
Raven, the CEO, truly had a vision in mind when we initially spoke about the party I wanted to host. She listened to my story and created an entire theme (and experience) to ensure that my guests and I had a wonderful time! Her team was responsive to every email and phone calls, always making time for me and ALL my questions! The few times we had to meet in person, Raven was always on time (actually early) and prepared for our meetings. She came with a list of questions to ensure any outstanding concerns or objectives were met. I was very impressed by her organizational skills and professionalism. Speaking of being impressed, Raven and her team are extremely resourceful. They called in their contacts and was able to get me a Radio DJ from Richmond for a very great negotiated price, a local Photographer, JustSmile PhotoBooth (which was SOOO fun) and literally the DAY BEFORE the event, she was able to book me an appointment with Christin of Conceptual Beauty (
)! I truly felt special for my evening knowing I could just step into the venue and have no worries! Thank you so much The EnVISION Firm!
The day of my event she and her team arrived early to the venue to make sure everything was in place, so all I had to do was show up and enjoy! They were extremely attentive and made it very obvious that client’s satisfaction is their #1 goal! When I say I had NOTHING to worry about the day of (or leading up to) the event, I mean NOTHING. Every little detail was well thought out. From the venue, décor, menu, and the addition of the JustSmile PhotoBooth; each component was seamlessly integrated into the overall theme of the evening. All my guests had a great time and were so impressed by the party favors, décor and attentiveness and friendliness of Raven and her team. So as you can see, I am a FAN and SUPPORTER of The EnVISION Firm. I don’t even have a Unilocal account and created one to write this review! The next time I want to host an event, I know exactly who to call! In fact, I am already thinking about when I can work with Raven and her EnVISION Firm team :-)
