THE WORST!!!
«Bryan», the store manager, is not really «Bryan» — I can only assume he uses this fake name to relate more like the demographic of the area. His real name is Ferzan.
He is misleading, and goes so as to lie to customers so that he can make a sales commission.
He lied to my mother and lied to me as well. He makes false promises and glosses over fine details like $ 100+ charges while leading you to believe you’re getting something for «free».
He did not even give — let alone offer to give! — a sales receipt when I realized he had not given me one and I begged for him to procure one!
FORTUNATELY Verizon Wireless Corporate customer service has our backs, and after spending an hour on the phone with an actual Verizon representative our phone situation is getting back on the right track. I *still* have to go to an actual company corporate store to resolve all our issues fully. Honestly, we have wasted hours of our lives because this guy is a greedy low-​life just trying to slickly make a buck on willing and unknowing customers in McLean.
ADVICE: PLEASE, please please do yourself a favor and go to a VERIZON WIRELESS COMPANY STORE. There is one at Tyson’s corner. This location here is NOT a Verizon store, merely an «authorized retailer». You will encounter all kinds of hassles and mistakes if you go through a third-​party retailer like this place. The prices are higher, the customer service policies are misleading and just simply no bueno.
Please note: I grew up in McLean and lived there 20+ years of my life, and my family lives in McLean.

I cannot recommend this store more highly. Usually going to a Verizon store is a painful experience at best but the brothers who run this store make it a very pleasant experience. They are both knowledgable, helpful and honest and you really feel that you can trust what they say. They offer good advice even when they are not going to make money at that moment. The store is not that easy to find but worth a trip if you need a phone, want to change your services or have a question.

I recently changed over from Sprint to Verizon and i regret it. now i know NO cell phone provider is great but when you go into the store you expect a high quality of customer service!
But the manager, Martin, was sarcastic, rude and passive aggressive, even more so when I called him out of it, making sure NOT to provide me with any help or even empathy as I needed to transfer pics from one phone to the other.
All I know that if this manager was there the day i decided to switch over, I WOULD NOT have done so.
All I can say is stay away from the manager at Tysons. I dont know how he has the job of a manager when there are absolutely no customer service skills there at all. Verizon, please do a better job when hiring people to represent you.

These guys did a great job in answering people’s questions as well as product knowledge. I came in very hurried and asked in a panic if I could use a charger to charge my phone as it was going nuts. The gentleman there was very nice, hooked up the charger and was answering all of my questions regarding each model of cell phone they had and what they carried. I did not give them 5 stars solely because their place of business is shared with FedEx, which can for future Unilocalers lead to lOuD conversations to talk over the hordes of people shipping off their unmentionables. I didn’t find them on any listing, so I have added them to Unilocal
